Case Managers and Solicitors

Experts in sourcing dedicated support workers for children with additional needs for case managers and families nationally.

Service

Purely Childcare was created after we faced many years of the same challenges that many parents encounter in finding the right support for four family.  Our experiences are unique and help us to empathize with parents searching for that perfect support for children, young adults, and adults with additional needs. We are not linked to a case management company, our only focus is on recruiting the best. We work closely with families and case managers across the country to source specialist rehabilitation support workers, PA’s, nannies, buddies, team leaders, and educational support all of whom are ideally suited to work well within a home environment or educational setting. Our commitment to you is that we will  recruit the best talent with the right skills, the right knowledge and the right experience to meet the needs of your clients.

At Purely Childcare we will help smooth out and speed up the recruitment of the perfect candidate by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and thoroughly assess all applicants before you meet them.

Our Candidates

There is so much more to being a support worker than caring for a person. A support worker has to be dedicated and passionate about making a positive difference to a person's life. They must take time to really understand a person's needs, work with the team around the person, love their work, committed to the role, and be understanding through good and difficult times. As one support worker recently said 'It's the most rewarding role, sometimes challenging, it's changed my life for the better'. Recruiting support workers is about matching the right candidate to the right family.
