Case Managers and Solicitors

Experts in sourcing dedicated support workers for children with additional needs.

We work with case managers and families nationally.

Service

Purely Childcare was set up in response to the lack of specialist recruitment for those with additional needs we are experienced recruitment specialists uniquely qualified to match high calibre candidates to families, as parents of a child with complex needs we have first-hand experience recruiting support workers.  Purely Childcare understands the need for specialist/rehabilitation support workers who are equipped to work within a home environment supporting children, young adults, families and case managers. Parents want a support worker to not only care and support their child but to enrich their life providing exciting, fun and stimulating activities within the home and community ensuring their child reaches their full potential.

All children are unique, which is why we provide a bespoke service to meet your client's needs. Our highest commitment to every case manager and family is to find a professional and committed individual to support a child.  At Purely Childcare we will help you recruit the perfect candidate by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and assessing applicants.

Our Candidates

There is so much more to being a support worker than caring for a person. A support worker has to be dedicated and passionate about making a positive difference to a person's life. They must take time to really understand a person's needs, work with the team around the person, love their work, committed to the role, and be understanding through good and difficult times. As one support worker recently said 'It's the most rewarding role, sometimes challenging, it's changed my life for the better'. Recruiting support workers is about matching the right candidate to the right family.
